A Multi-Disciplinary Approach Matters!

We recognize the critical role community plays in fostering a nurturing environment for children, and it's our belief that to fully address a family's needs, we must first invite them to voice those needs. Our team of experienced professionals, hailing from diverse disciplines and walks of life, helps us to achieve this, allowing us to more effectively serve our participants and their aspirations.

Our Services

"It takes a village to raise a child."

Our team includes a diverse range of roles, covering administrative staff, participant coordinators, mentors, live-in support workers, and licensed professionals in fields such as early childhood education, trauma, mental health, and service navigation. We work closely with community professionals of all backgrounds and the participant's personal support network to provide a seamless continuum of care that effectively meets their needs during their stay with us and beyond.

How do we work

Each admission to our center starts with a submitted referral, often from the participant's existing support network or community services. Our Participant Coordinator assesses the referral and facilitates communication between the referring professional and the applicant. This includes a 30-minute private assessment, which can be conducted via phone call. Once accepted, the Coordinator provides intake details and arranges a placement meeting for admission.
