A referral is the initial step to accessing our in-house program and services. Referral information helps us to assess how well our offerings align with the unique needs of the potential participant.
To complete the referral process online, please contact us through the contact form provided on this page. Once we have received your request, you will gain access to our digital Intake Package. You and your referral source can then fill out the Intake Package and submit it electronically to OTTER Home Inc. for review.
